How long can I leave my luggage for?
You can store your luggage for as long as you need, from one hour to multiple days. Simply choose your preferred duration when booking.
Can I extend my booking without returning to the lockers?
Yes. You can extend your booking online at any time, even if you’re not at the locker. Your updated reservation confirmation will be emailed/texted to you instantly.
Can I collect or access my luggage at any point?
Yes, you can access your locker at any time during your booking as long as it’s during the location’s opening hours.

What happens if I can’t open my locker?
If you have any trouble, contact our support team using the number provided in your booking confirmation. We’ll help you gain access as quickly as possible.
Is my luggage insured?
We do not provide insurance but we do offer a luggage guarantee which offers reimbursement for loss and theft for your belongings while they’re stored in our lockers. This is subject to specific terms and conditions. Full details are listed in our Terms & Conditions.
How do I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your booking using the link in your confirmation email. Refund eligibility depends on how close you are to the start time of your booking.
Can I pay in cash?
No, all bookings must be made by credit or debit card to keep the process simple and secure.
What can I store?
You can store most types of everyday luggage, (including suitcases, rucksacks, shopping bags and travel accessories) that will fit in your locker unless it is a Prohibited Item. We do not recommend storing Restricted Items in your locker. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full details of what are Restricted or Prohibited Items and what this means.
Can I open my locker during my booking?
Yes. You can open and close your locker as many times as you like within your booking period.
How do I make a booking?
You can book directly at the locker location using our touchscreen display. Just select your locker size, duration and enter your card details. You will also need to provide your mobile phone number and email address in order for us to send you the booking details and access code.
Can I book in advance?
We are not currently offering online booking in advance but it will be available soon. Once available, we would then recommend booking ahead, especially during busy periods, to make sure the right locker size is available when you need it. Walk up bookings are available subject to availability.
How big are the lockers and what can they
Small: Typically holds 1 standard cabin case + 1 small backpack
Medium: Typically holds approx. 3 standard cabin bags or 1 large suitcase
Large: Typically holds approx. 4 cabin bags or 1 large suitcase + smaller items

How safe is my luggage?
Very. The lockers are all made of steel with digital locks. During your booking, only you can access your locker using your unique access code or password. Our sites use advanced security measures and CCTV to keep your belongings protected at all times.
Can I book multiple lockers at once?
Yes. You can select as many lockers as you need when booking online (when available0.
What items are forbidden?
For safety or legal reasons, certain items are prohibited from being stored. Additionally, some items are treated as restricted items which we do not recommend you store in the locker. Prohibited and Restricted Items are subject to specific terms and conditions in our Terms and Conditions and are not covered by our customer Guarantee in the event they are damaged or stolen from a locker.

What are your opening hours?
Opening hours vary by location. Please check our Locations page for the operating times of each site, including which locations are accessible 24/7. Unless expressly stated, they are not available 24 hours per day/seven days per week.
Can I access my baggage outside of opening hours?
You must carefully note these opening times as once Premises have closed, you will not be able to access your Locker until the Premises next re-opens.
You are encouraged to use phone alarms to ensure that you do not forget to retrieve your Baggage before any Premises closes.

Do I need to download an app?
No. You don’t need to download anything. All bookings and access codes are handled through our website or on the touchscreen at the locker location.
What if I lose my access code or forget my password?
Don’t worry, you can retrieve your code at any time. Simply check your confirmation email or text message. If this fails, then please contact our support team using the number provided in your booking confirmation. We’ll help you gain access as quickly as possible.
Are the lockers monitored?
Yes. All sites are covered by CCTV for your added protection.
